Leady by Example

Leading by example means guiding others through your behaviors and inspiring them to do the same as you. Like all leadership skills, learning to lead by example takes time and practice. In this training, learners will learn how to inspire people around them, build trust between themselves and their team and build a culture of accountability.

Conflict Resolution

Conflict is inevitable. In this training, techniques will be shared to assist learners with reiterating the importance of open communication in resolving conflict quickly.  Learners will learn the types of conflict, what causes conflict, and how to reach a positive outcome when you find yourself in conflict with others.

Leading Through Change

Change is ongoing and it requires learners who are equipped to embrace change with confidence and a positive attitude. In this training, learners will understand Kotter's 8 Step model for change and, be able to define the principles of change management.

Leading with Emotional Intelligence

More than ever we need leaders in the workplace with emotional intelligence. Learners will be able to recognize the impact of workplace emotions and how leaders can benefit from emotional intelligence, describe the methods for building new neural structures and networks, assess and increase levels of their own emotional intelligence, and manage their own emotions more effectively at work.

Effective Communication Skills

What does it take to inspire others and, promote ideas? What do most great leaders have in common? Stellar communication skills.  In this course, learners will learn why having excellent communication skills is so important in the workplace, and how you can improve yours.

Situational Leadership Success

There is "no size fits all" leadership style.  Leadership is situational.  Situational leadership is a leadership style in which a leader adapts their style of leading to suit the current work environment and/or needs of a team. In this course, learners will learn different leadership styles on how to lead others successfully.
